We believe that continuing education and training is vital to the success of both the company and our customers. Our training program is a comprehensive program that focuses on both technical and customer service knowledge and training. The program is designed to provide our technicians with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively, while also ensuring that they are able to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
The technical training component of the program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training. The classroom instruction covers topics such as electrical theory, safety protocols, and industry regulations and standards. Hands-on training is provided in the form of apprenticeships, where technicians work alongside experienced electricians to learn practical skills and techniques. Our technicians also meet daily to review past and upcoming jobs thereby continuing to learn from each other’s experiences.
The customer service training component of the program is equally important. Technicians are trained to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, to listen carefully to their concerns, and to provide clear explanations of the work being performed. They are also taught to be respectful of clients’ homes and properties and to leave work areas clean and tidy.
